Judy provides leadership in First Air's ongoing efforts to increase Beneficiary, Inuit and northern resident employment through training, recruitment and retention initiatives. Judy helps connect individuals with appropriate schools/programs and assists in obtaining financial aid to fulfill their career paths.
As part of the Flight Attendant recruitment process, many airlines require interested candidates to complete pre-qualification training. First Air utilizes Inflight Institute's online Cabin Crew Training Program as a pre-requisite for employment consideration. The program is comprised of two online training courses:
First Air provides ongoing support and mentorship for students enrolled in these courses to help ensure success.
Once these two courses have been successfully completed, you are eligible to be considered for First Air's Flight Attendant Training Program.
